Hey Bronchos!

This week is another fairly normal week at school.

All-Region Practice Sessions

A number of violins have asked about All-Region, so we’ll have All-Region group practice sessions in the mornings at 8:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If there are any other sections that express enough interest, I’d be glad to set those up as well!

Boosters

Executive Committee will be meeting at 7:00 PM in the Orchestra Hall.

Lessons

Whether you’re taking lessons from me or a private lesson teacher, please remember to show up and to practice between lessons. We commit our time because we want y’all to be the best you can be!

Schedules and Grades

Now that schedules are sorted, grades will begin in earnest soon. Our first playing test will be over your G Major scale (hopefully) in Schoology. If you’re uncomfortable with the scale, I’d love to help you out, as would many of the upperclassmen!

Concert

Reminder, our first concert of the year is October 6th. Please be practicing and preparing!
